This dynamic festival, now in its second year, hosts more than 500 participants across four exhilarating disciplines: Major Sailing, Minor Sailing, Kitesurfing, and Wingfoil. Cartagena transforms into a summer paradise filled with beach events, spirited parties, and exciting competitions on July 1st and 2nd.
